Team India recorded the biggest win in ODI cricket Winning by 317 runs against Sri Lanka at green park stadium in Thiruvananthapuram. India beat Sri Lanka by 317 runs in the third ODI Match, setting a world record for the biggest-ever win by a margin of runs.
Prior to this victory of India, the record of the biggest win by a margin of runs was made by New Zealand in the year 2008 against Ireland. In this match, New Zealand won by a margin of 290 runs.
Earlier, India’s biggest win in ODIs was against Burmunda in the year 2007, in this match, India defeated Burmunda by 257 runs.
